Thanks for choosing GTR Autopost. Before you dive in, please take a few minutes to read through these Terms of Service. They set out the rules for using our platform, your rights, and ours. We've done our best to keep the language clear and human — no unnecessary legalese.

By creating an account or using GTR Autopost, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

1. About GTR Autopost

GTR Autopost is a social media management platform built to help individuals, businesses, and agencies manage their online presence more efficiently. Our platform lets you automate, schedule, analyse, and collaborate on social media content across channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.

Key features include:

AI-Powered Scheduling: Automatically create, schedule, and publish posts across your connected accounts, keeping your presence active around the clock.
Team Collaboration: Invite team members, assign roles, and coordinate campaigns in real time — no matter the size of your team.
Smart Analytics: Track post performance, monitor trends, and generate visual reports to make smarter decisions.
Bulk Posting: Create and schedule multiple posts at once to simplify large-scale campaign planning.
RSS Feed Integration: Automatically pull and publish content from RSS feeds to keep your profiles active with fresh content.
Unified Content Calendar: See all your scheduled and published posts in one place, making it easy to manage multiple clients or brands simultaneously.

GTR Autopost is operated by AZ GTR Solutions Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17176383), with its registered office at United Kingdom ("we," "us," or "our").

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at gtrautopost.com and all related services. They form a legally binding agreement between you and us.

2. Intellectual Property

Everything you see on GTR Autopost — our website, platform, source code, software, databases, visual design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and written content (collectively, "Content") — belongs to us or is licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws in the United Kingdom and internationally.

What you can do: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms.

What you can't do: You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, modify, or commercially exploit any part of our platform or Content without our prior written permission.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

Registration

To use most features of GTR Autopost, you'll need to create an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep it that way.

Keeping Your Account Secure

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, let us know immediately at [email protected]. We can't be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from someone else accessing your account because you didn't keep your credentials secure.

Age Requirement

GTR Autopost is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the platform.

Who You're Agreeing For

If you're using GTR Autopost on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

Subscription Plans

GTR Autopost is offered on a subscription basis. We offer the following plan types:

Monthly plans: billed every 30 days, cancel any time before your next renewal date.
Annual plans: billed once per year at a discounted rate. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the annual billing period.
Lifetime plans: a one-time payment that grants you access to the specified tier for as long as GTR Autopost is in operation. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after the cooling-off period described below.

Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial period as advertised on our site. You won't be charged during your trial. At the end of the trial, your account will automatically move to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Auto-Renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You'll receive a reminder before each renewal where required by law.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers, Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card details. By providing your payment information, you authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fees.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer pro-rata refunds for unused time on monthly or annual plans, unless required by law (see Section 20 for UK consumer rights).

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we increase your plan price, we'll give you at least 30 days' written notice before the change takes effect. If you don't wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel before the change comes into effect without penalty.

Refunds

Our refund policy is set out in full on our Refund Policy page at gtrautopost.com/refund-policy. UK consumers also have statutory cancellation rights — see Section 20.

5. Prohibited Activities

GTR Autopost is built to help you manage your social media presence legitimately. By using our platform, you agree not to:

Use the platform in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
Post, schedule, or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, harassing, or that infringes on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
Use the platform to distribute spam, unsolicited promotions, or misleading or deceptive content.
Attempt to access, scrape, or harvest data from our platform through automated means without our prior written consent.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of our platform.
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features or access controls.
Use another person's account or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other code designed to interrupt, damage, or interfere with the platform.
Use the platform in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interferes with other users' experience.
Resell or sublicense access to the platform without our written permission.
Use the platform in industries or contexts where its use would be subject to specific regulatory requirements we have not agreed to meet (e.g. HIPAA in the US healthcare context).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you're violating any of the above.

6. Your Content

What You Own

Any content you create, upload, or schedule through GTR Autopost — including text, images, videos, and other media ("Your Content") — remains yours. We don't claim ownership of it.

What You Grant Us

By using the platform to publish or store content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely as necessary to provide the service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Your Content. By posting or scheduling content through GTR Autopost, you confirm that:

You own or have the necessary licences and permissions to use and publish the content.
Your content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Your content complies with all applicable laws and with the terms of the social media platforms it's published to.

We are not responsible for content published through your connected accounts, and we may remove any content that we determine violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Social Media Connections

GTR Autopost works by connecting to your social media accounts via each platform's official API. When you connect an account:

You authorise us to publish content to that account on your behalf.
We receive a secure access token (not your password) which we store to carry out scheduled posts.
You confirm you have the right to connect and authorise access to the relevant account.

You can disconnect any social account at any time from your account settings. We will stop accessing that account and remove the relevant token from our systems.

Please be aware that your use of connected social media platforms is also governed by those platforms' own terms and policies, which are separate from ours. We have no control over changes they make to their APIs, which may occasionally affect functionality in GTR Autopost.

8. Platform Management

We reserve the right to:

Monitor the platform for violations of these Terms.
Restrict, suspend, or terminate access for any user who violates these Terms.
Remove any content that we determine breaches these Terms or applicable law.
Take any action we consider reasonably necessary to maintain the integrity and security of the platform.

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy at gtrautopost.com/privacy-policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Copyright Infringement

If you believe any content available through GTR Autopost infringes your copyright, please notify us in writing at [email protected] with:

A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
A description of where the infringing material is located on our platform.
Your contact details.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement confirming the accuracy of your notice.

We'll investigate and respond promptly.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you have an active account or use our services.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, provide false registration information, or if we are required to do so by law. We will, where reasonably practicable, give you notice before doing so.

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us at [email protected] to request account deletion.

On termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

12. Changes to the Platform and Interruptions

We're constantly improving GTR Autopost. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Where changes are material, we'll give you reasonable advance notice.

We do our best to keep the platform available at all times, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for any downtime, interruption, or data loss caused by factors outside our reasonable control (including third-party platform API changes, infrastructure failures, or force majeure events).

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of GTR Autopost shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise.

14. Dispute Resolution

We'd always prefer to resolve issues directly and informally. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at [email protected] and give us a fair opportunity to resolve it.

If we are unable to resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of England and Wales as described in Section 13.

If you are a UK consumer, you may also be entitled to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service. We will provide details of any approved ADR scheme we participate in on request.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

GTR Autopost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the platform will always be available, error-free, secure, or that results obtained through the platform will be accurate or reliable.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under UK or EEA law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GTR Autopost and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Any damages arising from third-party platform changes that affect our service.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GTR Autopost and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the platform in breach of these Terms.
Your Content and any claim that it infringes a third party's rights.
Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

18. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you input into GTR Autopost. We maintain copies of your data as part of providing the service. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we are not liable for any loss or corruption of data arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of any important content. Our data handling practices are set out in our Privacy Policy.

19. Electronic Communications

By creating an account and using GTR Autopost, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically — including emails, in-app notifications, and account-related alerts. These electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You can manage your communication preferences in your account settings. Transactional and account-essential communications (e.g. billing receipts, security alerts) cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active account.

20. Consumer Rights (UK and EEA)

If you are a consumer (i.e. using GTR Autopost for personal rather than business purposes) based in the UK or the European Economic Area, you benefit from mandatory consumer protections that these Terms cannot override.

Right to cancel (cooling-off period): Under UK and EU consumer law, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel a contract for digital services entered into online, starting from the date you subscribe. If you request that we begin providing the service during this period and then cancel, we may charge you for the service used up to the point of cancellation.

Statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you believe your statutory rights have been violated, you can contact the UK's Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) at gov.uk/cma or your local consumer protection authority.

21. General Provisions

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GTR Autopost regarding your use of the platform.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be removed, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right.
No Partnership: Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and GTR Autopost.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations at any time in connection with a corporate restructure, merger, or sale of assets, and will notify you if this happens.
Updates to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the platform. Your continued use after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
